Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front office operations.
- Welcome clients upon their arrival.
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments.
- Manage medical records organization, transcription, and record transfers, assisting the facility in fulfilling these tasks.
- Perform essential clerical functions such as answering phones, mailing, filing, copying, faxing, and typing.
- Procure office and client supplies.
- Assist with the intake process and billing documentation.
- Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for necessary maintenance.
- Handle petty cash transactions.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education, Licensure, & Experience:
- A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Experience in the behavioral healthcare sector is preferred.
