Senior Aerospace Engineer, Technology Integration

- Oversee the Technology Integration and Partnerships Office within the Extravehicular Activity (EVA) and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP).
- Administer the budget and timelines, ensuring that technology development initiatives are executed within established financial and scheduling parameters.
- Forge and negotiate collaborations with Industry, Academia, and International Partners to advance technologies essential for the success of the EVA and Human Surface Mobility Program.
- Coordinate technology development activities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders by identifying risk mitigation strategies and utilizing alternative funding sources to achieve key objectives.
- Create and maintain EHP-related technology roadmaps to effectively communicate technology requirements to relevant parties.
- Promote a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence, and innovation. Advocate for NASA's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility to foster an environment that emphasizes safety, integrity, and teamwork.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Physical Science, Mathematics, Life Science, or Computer Science, from an accredited institution. Additionally, candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, which includes:
- Developing partnerships and strategies to facilitate technology advancement addressing technical deficiencies.
- Leading a diverse and matrixed team of specialists across various disciplines.
- Managing technical, financial, scheduling, and risk aspects of a project or program.

Education RequirementsBasic Education Requirement: A bachelor's degree in a qualifying field is mandatory. Engineering degrees must be from ABET-accredited programs. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be recognized through a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA).
