Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct systems engineering and integration activities for the design, manufacturing, testing, and certification of critical flight hardware.
- Guide cross-functional teams in the development of requirements, design, and testing processes for aerospace systems.
- Coordinate and support various phases of hardware development, including design, procurement, fabrication, and mission delivery.
- Review and analyze documentation related to engineering tasks to ensure compliance and quality.
- Develop and assess testing and certification strategies to validate system requirements.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with mechanical system design, engineering documentation, and testing procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate efforts across various technical disciplines.
- Ability to visualize and work with intricate mechanical systems and engage in collaborative problem-solving.
- Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with flight hardware or Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) development.
- Knowledge of organizational processes and procedures relevant to aerospace projects.
