What you will do::

Sell a comprehensive range of products from the industry's top manufacturers of exterior building envelope systems.

Drive profitable growth and meet sales and margin objectives.

Identify and pursue new opportunities and customers.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.

Collaborate with branch operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Become proficient with sales and productivity tools, including Salesforce.

Continue to enhance sales skills and expand product knowledge.

Travel extensively within your assigned market.

What you will bring:

A proven track record in a sales or related leadership position.

Familiarity with construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution is advantageous.

Knowledge of low slope roofing is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

A passion for finding creative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Mechanical or technical interest.

A drive to cultivate and maintain positive relationships.

Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and comfort with technology.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
