Enterprise Sales Executive

As a key player in our Field Sales organization, our Account Executives are instrumental in driving new customer growth and revenue. With a focus on net new revenue, they play a crucial role in guiding new customers through a journey that transforms their business with Workday's enterprise management cloud.
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and help us deliver long-lasting value to our customers. If you have a proven track record in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating our value propositions
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
- 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position
- Experience negotiating deals with C-Suite executives to close opportunities
- Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry, staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs
