Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to deliver technical solutions for customer and partner integrations across various software platforms. This position demands a blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills, ideal for a candidate who is motivated and eager to develop within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure client environments adhering to best practices.
  • Design and document business workflows to determine suitable software configurations and integration points.
  • Create and review technical design documentation as necessary.
  • Develop, edit, and test client interfaces in multiple formats including CSV, XML, IDOC, and EDI.
  • Assist in user testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring expected outcomes.
  • Document bugs and suggest product enhancements in tracking systems.
  • Provide expertise on the implications of global regulations on EPCIS software setups.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and Electronic Product Code Information Services (EPCIS).
  • Have 3-5 years of experience with TraceLink Serialization Solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects as a Serialization Subject Matter Expert in supply chain discussions.
  • Understand the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain, including Brand Owners, CMOs, and 3PLs.
  • Experience in Partner Onboarding, acting as a liaison between customers and trading partners.
  • Knowledge of data triage and exception handling for serialization events.
  • Lead meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Provide timely updates on deliverables to the Implementation Project Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of Professional Services best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in technology sectors.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate technical formats such as XML, EDI, and CSV.
  • Familiarity with B2B technologies including AS2, SFTP, and Web Services.
  • Proficient in MS Office and O365.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team while also handling complex problems independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high standard for documentation.

Education:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. PMP certification is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of supply chain processes, including distribution, logistics, and serialization. Familiarity with UNIX and/or JAVA is a plus. Experience in Life Sciences is desirable.
