As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our technical projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning and conduct Daily Stand-ups along with other Agile ceremonies such as demos and backlog reviews.

• Lead critical design and status meetings to ensure project alignment.

• Foster team cohesion and manage team dynamics effectively.

• Estimate effort levels during sprint planning, including story pointing and related activities.

• Identify and manage risks and issues, developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Oversee both internal and external dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience as a lead developer with hands-on troubleshooting in live production environments.

• A minimum of 10 years in software development, particularly with Java technologies.

• At least 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a successful track record of managing high-performing teams.

• Proficient in designing and developing applications and systems using technologies such as React, Core Java/J2EE, Microservices, SOAP, REST, and Web Services.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Strong technical acumen, particularly in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Healthcare Payer industry.

• Background in technical development.

• Certifications in Project Management and/or as a Scrum Master.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay Range: $73.5 - $78.75, based on qualifications and experience.
