The Technical Solutions Engineer will be instrumental in facilitating the exchange of information among sales, clients, and production to guarantee precise proposal documentation. This role necessitates effective communication with clients and the production team to confirm that pricing, materials, and timelines are accurately defined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client-provided schematics and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
  • Design layouts with Design for Assembly principles utilizing SolidWorks.
  • Produce comprehensive 2D drawings with a bill of materials through SolidWorks.
  • Support large assembly initiatives to assist all facets of the quoting and order fulfillment process.
  • Conduct final inspections of completed assemblies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to procure client-specified non-components.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including client engineers and fabrication teams.
  • Achieve quality control goals through the application of process and quality control methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies regarding product procurement and assembly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Regular interaction with other departments and suppliers is expected.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks is essential.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and surpass client expectations.
  • Experience in fluid distribution and analytical instrumentation systems is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively meet schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a structured manner.
