Compensation: $72.23 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement software upgrades, security patches, and policies for application software and agents.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to design secure and efficient endpoint solutions.
  • Swiftly address unforeseen incidents related to critical issues.
  • Manage and analyze support cases with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks for endpoint solutions.
  • Support the preparation of evidence for scheduled security evaluations.
  • Identify and advocate for process enhancements.
  • Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks handled by the team.
  • Continuously monitor application health to ensure performance, security, and capacity.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Level: Manager
  • Education: High School Diploma (mandatory)
