Commercial Sales Opportunity

At SERVPRO, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our franchise services in assigned territories, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a systematic business development process to identify new commercial prospects and cultivate relationships.
  • Utilize marketing materials such as SERVPRO Key Differentiators, Emergency Ready Plan, and National sponsorships to market and sell our services.
  • Attend and coordinate marketing, networking, and continuing education events to promote our brand and services.
  • Monitor loss activity and respond to generate work from these opportunities.
  • Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met and all applicable Centers of Influence (COIs) are identified and captured for future reference.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
  • Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector.
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial background and process- and results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
Compensation:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
