  • Facilitate payroll operations
  • Maintain employee documentation and HR databases
  • Engage in effective communication with employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the HR team and management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in both manufacturing and corporate environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
  • HR certification is beneficial
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and resolve issues effectively

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
