Data Entry Specialist - Hybrid - 1 Year Temporary - Berkeley - $27.48/hour

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist for a 1-year long, full-time, temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with significant data entry experience to contribute to a vital quality assurance program.

Extensive data entry experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are key in this role. 

Prior experience working in a Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOGO) research and development environment is highly preferred.

  • Dates: 8/19/24 through 8/18/25
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday with some flexibility on start time
  • Location: Hybrid in Berkeley - primarily remote with onsite needed when starting new projects  
  • Background Check: Clear criminal background check required prior to starting

Data Entry Specialist Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enter backlogged item/service and supplier purchase requisition data.
  • Validate data accuracy and make necessary corrections to ensure completeness for procurement planning and metrics.

Data Entry Specialist Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of data entry experience with complex or large datasets.
  • Proven proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and productivity
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely with minimal rework.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex information and ensure data quality.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight.
