As an HR Generalist at KI Industries Inc., you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for overseeing various HR functions to support our employees and business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing and corporate settings, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations, with a focus on building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base.
  • HR certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
