Position Overview

The Customer Service team at HUB plays a vital role in supporting our clients by managing account services, claims processing, and underwriting services, establishing our reputation as a leader in the insurance field. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will assist Producers and/or Account Executives in expanding and maintaining business, while also managing account rounding and new business development in accordance with established practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete account-service process
  • Engage with carriers and prepare quotes/proposals
  • Manage certificates, endorsements, billing, audits, and more
  • Coordinate premium financing and collection as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance Account Management; a brokerage background is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Availability for regular full-time hours and business travel as necessary
  • Current valid license in required lines and states
  • Up-to-date with all necessary continuing education credits in required lines and states
