Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and expanding a diverse portfolio of commercial lines business, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborating with underwriters and brokers to negotiate policy terms, rates, and coverage options.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, ideally in an account management or client service capacity.
- A comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products, terminology, and coverage options.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex insurance concepts clearly to clients.
- Strong negotiation skills, adept at collaborating with underwriters and brokers to secure optimal terms for clients.
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to swiftly and effectively address client concerns.
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning within the insurance sector.
- A valid insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
