Position: Military Product Line Manager
Location: HC Pacific- Ontario, CA
Role Summary:
The Military Product Line Manager will spearhead the strategic vision, development, and expansion of our military product portfolio. This role will leverage sophisticated analytical tools such as Haystack, DIBBS, and ALLICORP for investment forecasting and in-depth analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives for the Military product line, utilizing advanced analytics to derive profound insights into market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Identify, source, and provide quotations for military opportunities in collaboration with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis through Haystack, DIBBS, and ALLICORP to pinpoint emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive environments within the military sector.
- Work alongside internal teams to establish product specifications, features, and pricing strategies grounded in data-driven insights and investment projections.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, sales figures, and customer feedback using advanced analytics tools to uncover opportunities for product enhancement and optimization.
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including military entities, government organizations, and industry collaborators, using analytics to guide strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Develop Long-Term Agreement (LTA) prospects with Department of Defense (DoD) contractors and subcontractors.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or engineering is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in product management or related positions, ideally within the military or defense sector.
- Experience in Aerospace Sales is essential.
- Strong comprehension of military procurement processes, regulations, and contracting standards.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to analyze complex challenges and devise innovative solutions.
- Results-driven approach with a commitment to fostering product innovation and growth.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
