As the Commercial Lines Account Manager at RRC, you will play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional insurance solutions, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, policy modifications, and claims assistance.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to current clients.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their insurance requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and updates in insurance regulations.
- Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, addressing their insurance needs.
- Conduct regular client assessments to evaluate their changing needs and deliver proactive solutions.
- Oversee policy renewals and implement necessary adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with underwriters and team members to guarantee client satisfaction and policy precision.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing commercial lines.
- Experience with AMS360 or Epic is advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is essential.
- Possession of a CA P&C license.
