As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and expanding a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Working collaboratively with underwriters and brokers to negotiate policy conditions, pricing, and coverage options.

- Delivering prompt and courteous customer service, including handling inquiries, processing policy modifications, and resolving claims or billing issues.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of three years' experience in commercial lines insurance, ideally in an account management or client service capacity.
- A solid understanding of commercial insurance products, terminology, and coverage options.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a focus on cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex insurance concepts clearly to clients.
- Strong negotiation capabilities, effectively collaborating with underwriters and brokers to secure optimal terms for clients.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to address client issues swiftly and effectively.
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth and education in the insurance field.
- A valid insurance license, or the capacity to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
