Waste Away Dumpster Service, LLC is a locally operated, expanding organization that provides waste and recycling collection services tailored for commercial and industrial clients throughout the Huntsville Metro Area. With over 18 years of successful service in the North Alabama region, we are poised for continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and skilled In-Field Sales Representative to take on a pivotal role within our sales division, focusing on a designated territory in the Huntsville Metro Area. This position is perfect for individuals seeking a rewarding challenge and a chance to cultivate a career in a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by identifying potential clients, fostering relationships, and collaborating with prospects to deliver tailored service solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing customer base through exceptional service, follow-up, and support regarding current offerings.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry and Waste Away's operational practices.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to devise client solutions that align with business needs.
  • Ensure precise reporting and documentation of sales activities.

  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate Waste Away's competitive advantages effectively to secure and retain clients.

  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and superior time management.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, including executive management, with the ability to conduct presentations and provide customer support.
  • Familiarity with the local marketplace and the ability to quickly establish a network of contacts.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in the industry is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Business-to-business outside sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven persistence and resilience in promoting and selling services.
  • Ability to work autonomously, plan effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse personalities within an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
