Waste Away Dumpster Service, LLC is a locally operated, expanding organization that provides waste and recycling collection services for commercial and industrial clients throughout the region. With over 18 years of successful service in the North Alabama area, we are poised for further growth.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven In-Field Sales Representative to enhance our sales team within a designated territory. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a rewarding challenge and the chance to develop a career in a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by establishing connections with potential clients and delivering tailored service solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and our operational practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to devise client solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of sales activities.

  • Demonstrated motivation and ability to forge professional relationships that convert leads into clients.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate our competitive advantages effectively to secure and retain clients.
  • Willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and excellent time management.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, including executive management.
  • Familiarity with the local marketplace and the ability to quickly establish a network of contacts.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Industry experience is advantageous, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience in business-to-business outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven persistence and resilience in promoting and selling services.
  • Ability to work autonomously, plan effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
