Job Summary

The Sales Director at MCR Hotels is responsible for driving hotel revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive hotel revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive hotel revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
