Sales and Business Development Leader

A motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader is needed to drive revenue growth across the Northeast region. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to secure work in high-growth markets such as data centers, casinos, and offices.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in data center, construction, or electrical sales, with a strong understanding of the general construction engineer bid tender process. This individual must be able to travel up to 50% of the time and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Atkore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
