We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support our fully remote organization. This contract-to-permanent position involves managing HR processes, acting as the first point of HR contact, and ensuring smooth operations in HRIS management, employee support, and orientation.

  • Manage the HRIS system, including employee information updates, data audits, reporting, and system maintenance.
  • Conduct weekly new hire orientations, ensure completion of I-9 verifications, and communicate any missing documentation with clarity.
  • Support employee benefits administration, including benefits enrollment assistance, open enrollment facilitation, and addressing employee questions.
  • Act as initial HR contact for employees, fostering a welcoming environment while confidently pushing back when necessary.
  • Partner with IT on equipment distribution for new hires, ensuring timely coordination.
  • Oversee leave management and handle special projects as needed, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.

This role requires a proactive and resourceful HR professional who excels in relationship-building and can confidently handle employee requests with tact and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data accuracy, particularly with benefits providers.
  • Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis, including advanced functions.
  • Collaborate closely with management, maintaining open communication on process improvements.

Requirements:

  • BA Degree required
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with exposure to the responsibilities listed.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Rippling preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
