Job Summary

We're seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Operations Department. As a key member of our team, you'll perform routine clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and archiving records, mail distribution, and customer service. You'll also assist with administrative tasks, develop office forms and procedures, and maintain employee records.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain office forms and procedures
• Perform customer service functions, including answering employee requests and questions
• Operate office machines, such as fax, copier, and scanner
• Assist with Verification of Employment Requests
• Prepare outgoing mail, sort and distribute incoming mail, and coordinate express mail services
• Manage hard and digital copies of employee records
• Assist with setting up potential employees for the pre-employment process
• Compose, type, and edit correspondence, reports, and other materials
• Assist with maintenance of Employee Access Cards (ID cards)
• Assist with new hire and temp extension requests through ServiceNow
• Maintain office supply inventory
• Assist with coordinating Employee Engagement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Operations Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with specialized coursework in general office practices
• Two years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in PC-based programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under supervision and independently
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and manage time effectively
