Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage employee data, including time tracking and attendance records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR processes and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR-related areas, such as recruitment and onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
