Job Title: Senior HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Coordinator to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and management of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent management systems, including year-round performance evaluations and merit payout processes.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to streamline compensation strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking HR metrics.
  • Create impactful presentations in PowerPoint to communicate HR initiatives and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage employee schedules and coordinate HR-related events and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support in utilizing ADP for payroll and HR processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR coordination, particularly in DEI initiatives and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of talent management systems, merit payout processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting; advanced skills preferred.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills for creating engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with ADP and experience in schedule management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
