Strategic Account Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of global strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver logistics solutions and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates to inform financial budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- 10+ years of experience in contract logistics and distribution sales
- Proven track record of growing a portfolio of at least $25 million per year
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
