Lead Project Controls Specialist

Company: Heery

Heery is seeking a Lead Project Controls Specialist to enhance their operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project oversight, financial management, scheduling, and modification management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold project timelines and financial plans.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and oversee financial control measures.
  • Track project advancements and compile analytical reports.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Oversee project completion processes and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of construction sector methodologies.
  • Proficient in cost estimation tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project and Cost Management.

Compensation Range: $145k-$185k annually
