Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Controls Specialist, you will:

• Provide expert guidance to Project and Construction Managers on financial oversight of design and construction initiatives.
• Organize and manage project and program data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown Structures and Project Coding Systems to maintain control and integrity of contractual obligations.
• Contribute to the design and support of dashboard reporting for project cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Conduct project reviews throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.
• Lead cost estimation, analysis, and control processes.
• Oversee schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring, including impact assessments and recovery planning.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances against established plans, communicating findings and mitigation strategies to Project Management.
• Generate comprehensive project and program cost and schedule reports.
• Provide timely updates on project status to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with document control best practices and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, with a proven track record in managing teams within large-scale projects or programs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of project accounting and risk management principles.
• Familiarity with Power BI and industry-standard scheduling software.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with PMIS database management.
