Job Description

**Project Management Role at PM2CM**

At PM2CM, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and project schedules.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
