Job OverviewAt Douglas Aquatics, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our construction crew as a Construction Crew Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the installation of in-ground swimming pools.Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize basic carpentry and plumbing skills to ensure the successful completion of pool installations.
  • Reinforce and tie steel to ensure the structural integrity of the pool and surrounding area.
  • Operate track loaders and excavators, as well as hand and power tools, to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of company and individual tools.
  • Comply with all safety rules and standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
  • A clean driving record is highly desired.
  • Dependable transportation is required for regular travel to job sites.
  • Steel-toed boots must be provided and worn at all times on the job site.
  • The ability to pass basic tests is essential for this role.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
