About Team Fishel

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee our underground construction operations. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding field teams to meet project objectives while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct multiple construction projects
  • Verify the accuracy of time sheets and expense documentation
  • Implement strategies to maintain crew efficiency
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and confirm that installations comply with industry regulations
  • Manage all phases of a construction project
  • Conduct site assessments for estimates or quality checks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in underground utility construction, including Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent in relevant vocational training

Compensation ranges from $32 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
