Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities with the General Contractor to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Organize and instruct crews, tools, and materials to drive project success.
  • Ensure all crew members have proper certifications and follow job-site safety regulations.
  • Monitor and report on safety violations or potential hazards, prioritizing the well-being of our team and other tradesmen.
  • Attend job-site meetings and complete daily reports to keep everyone informed and on schedule.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality and productivity.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Strong leadership abilities to instruct and organize the crew, tools, and materials efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate daily activities with the General Contractor.
  • Knowledge of job-site safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant construction software and tools, including project management, blueprint reading, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in metalwork and installation.
