Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Swimming Pool Construction Supervisor to lead a skilled team in the assembly of in-ground swimming pools. This role involves overseeing a crew of 3 to 6 members, ensuring high-quality construction and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting construction blueprints and plans
  • Design layout and excavation processes
  • Managing inventory and verifying materials received against shipping documentation
  • Training and supervising crew members to enhance performance
  • Working independently for extended periods
  • Applying carpentry and plumbing expertise
  • Executing steel tying tasks
  • Safely operating machinery including track loaders and excavators, as well as hand and power tools
  • Maintaining a clean and secure job site
  • Ensuring the upkeep of company and personal tools
  • Adhering to safety regulations and protocols
  • Preferred experience in shotcrete application
Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Steel-toed boots for safety
  • The ability to pass essential testing
  • Experience in swimming pool construction, specifically Gunite and Vinyl
  • Bilingual skills are preferred
