Job Summary

Team Fishel, a leading utility engineering and construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Foreman to join our team in Henrico, VA. As a Foreman, you will play a critical role in leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on various size projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Oversee the accuracy of time sheets and expense reports, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Develop work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
  • Monitor Quality Assurance and ensure installations meet customer specification and industry standards.
  • Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews during their work, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project, including site surveys for estimates and proposal preparation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated extensive underground utility construction experience, with a strong background in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
  • Previous experience working from blueprints and specifications, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High school education or equivalent classes in industry-related courses.
