Job Description

ITW Food Equipment Group is a leading global manufacturer of commercial food equipment. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Team of Manufacturing Professionals: Supervise and direct a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
  • Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Manufacturing environment with regular exposure to machinery and equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly stand, bend, or stoop, and use hands, arms, and walk frequently. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
