Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead teams while achieving individual and collective goals.
  • Capability to guide a team in meeting established objectives and driving project success.
  • Experience working within health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement efforts and utilizing ITW Toolbox initiatives.
  • Ability to nurture talent through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Competence in applying project management best practices and ITW Toolbox methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Willingness to step in for department Supervisors when necessary.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including steel-toed shoes and eye protection.
