Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Grow the Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the sales team
  • Develop and Execute a Sales Strategy
    • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Drive Sales Productivity and Effectiveness
    • Establish and track key sales metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue
    • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to improve sales productivity and effectiveness
    • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
