THE ROLE:

- Accurately document client details and convert incoming inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Maintain high standards in the quality of your work.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including electronic formats and live chat.
- Enhance client satisfaction through proactive outreach and feedback management.
- Contribute ideas to improve operational processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Take responsibility for client satisfaction throughout the entire interaction.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient typing skills and adaptability to new software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
