Job Summary

Aramark Uniform Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
