Customer Support Specialist

A member of our Customer Support Department plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members and potential clients. You will be tasked with accurately identifying the needs of members and prospects through various communication methods including phone, chat, or email. This position is located within our Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the culture, values, and mission of Courthouse Club Fitness.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Support Specialists to ensure every member inquiry is resolved successfully.
  • Effectively address and resolve complex member issues.
  • Manage inquiries related to memberships and account modifications.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
  • Engage in projects aimed at improving team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the capacity to learn club-specific software.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings and evenings.
  • Ability to actively listen, comprehend, and articulate information clearly.
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive; adaptable to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Participate in training sessions with the team as required.
