Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at MJ Ashland Buyer LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management: Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and terminate functional managers, while exemplifying our core value philosophy to all subordinates.
  • Culture Building: Foster a culture centered around our core values throughout the facility, maintaining an open-door policy and addressing guest issues personally or through the General Manager.
  • Financial Management: Ensure timely deposits, take responsibility for daily cash deposits, submit required payroll records, and meet or exceed financial goals set by the team.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all team members comply with health and safety rules and regulations, implementing and documenting required safety programs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in the field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office Professional, and willingness to learn new software platforms, including our POS system, party booking software, and scheduling.
  • Qualifications: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, and effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, and guests.
