Help Desk Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Manager to lead our IT help desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating complex IT projects, ensuring configuration management policies are established and followed, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the IT help desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate complex IT projects with multiple IT disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement configuration management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, help desk management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
