Marketing Associate Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, making it perfect for someone eager to learn and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various marketing initiatives, working across teams to help produce high-quality content, manage social media campaigns, assist in product launches, and more.
  • Assist with content creation for blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets, ensuring all content is engaging, accurate, and informative.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new ideas to the team for discussion and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the video and creative teams, helping organize files, assist with photo shoots, and manage other tasks in the studio as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks at once.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (such as Gmail and Google Sheets) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and research topics quickly.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Position Details:

  • Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly.
  • Type: Full-time.
  • Employee Status: Regular.
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week.
  • Location: Austin, Texas.
