Job Title: Help Desk Support III

Location:

Maintains, analyzes, and troubleshoots computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Documents and maintains hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups. May require a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the field or a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Works with little to no supervision. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Responsibilities:
