Sales Director

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve client revenue targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales account executives to achieve client revenue targets
- Attract, hire, and provide training for continuous development of the sales team
- Review and collaborate with account executives on their performance to achieve sales quota
- Create and define personal contribution targets
- Establish weekly cadence for pipeline accountability and execution of daily sales activities
- Partner with branch sales specialists and service technicians to achieve client satisfaction
- Provide written feedback to sales team regarding performance versus objectives, and clear direction on recovery actions
- Resolve client sales requests through problem-solving process, developing solutions, and providing recommendations
- Lead team through sales enablement tools and education to identify new business opportunities
- Continue self-development of professional and technical knowledge through attending educational webinars, creating social-selling networks, and avenues to increase sales meeting opportunities
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree desired
- 3+ years outside sales experience
- Experience selling document technology services and solutions preferred
- Experience with virtual platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Enterprise selling skills at senior levels, working with key decision-makers (C-level corporate managers)
- Solutions-oriented, complex problem-solving
- High-level interpersonal communication skills
- Experience creating and assisting in delivery of professional sales presentations
- Valid US driver's license and means to drive to multiple locations on a daily basis required
The compensation range for this role is $54,225-93,300. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
