Job Title: Vice President of Sales

The RLP Group is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for managing all sales channels, developing strategic sales plans, and overseeing the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales teams and provide guidance on sales techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with sales team management and development
