Treasury Management Sales Director

Job Summary:
The Director of Treasury Management Sales is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in Treasury Management products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry, Treasury Management products, and sales and marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in Treasury Management products and services.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure the sales team is equipped to address customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services, as well as sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales performance.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to meet with customers and sales teams, as well as occasional out-of-town travel for training and meetings.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

English.
