**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Financial Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze basic revenue cycle and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain financial and statistical reports to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance revenue cycle operations and reduce costs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, operational teams, and external partners.

**Requirements**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, including a general understanding of healthcare analytics, payer/provider relationships, and financial modeling.
  • Skills: Excellent Excel skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite productivity tools, and experience with business intelligence visualization tools.
