Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and analytics to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and product expertise.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, are a plus.
